Pre-Spring Residential Activity
This activity is strong even in the high end.
We attribute this to the fact that interest rates will rise and never return to the present levels. Also to the fact that equities portfolios have risen as have revenue prospects for Silicon Valley companies.
We know of several "flips" taking place during the winter months. Looks like they may pay off this spring(!)
Summer Sports
The hottest real estate action right now is for the passageways in and out of the new baseball stadium downtown. You know where those passageways are, right? This is the greatest opportunity since someone decided tech companies should start-up in the Valley since the weather was nice here. :)
Silicon Valley Real Estate
Traditional valley real estate activity will be slow in the fall and winter, and faster in the spring and early summer. Do not be a seller until spring, and do not try to buy after next spring.
